As many of you know, Kyle Olson has operated out of Michigan for 8 years now, working for secret funders to demonize public school unions. Andrew Breitbart has died

Obviously, sad news in that a person has lost his life.

“Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles,” the note on his website reads. “We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior. Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.”

That quote is from the announcement on his site, Big Journalism.

Breitbart had a successful career as a conservative liar, and quite often had to lie today about the lies he told yesterday. One of his last lies was smearing Occupy as a culture of rape. Sadly, there’s no shortage of right-wing liars to pick up his torch.

I don't just blog policy. I MOCK IT.

    I’m glad he’s dead.

I know, I know, we’re all supposed to be nice to people when they die.

But Breitbart made a career out of being a smear merchant, and he didn’t care much for respecting the dead himself (just look at what he said about Ted Kennedy).

The world is better off without him.

McCotter on Breitbart in “Mourn our loss“:

    Rep. Thaddeus McCotter
    Michigan congressman, 11th District

“There was no stopping Andrew Breitbart from fighting the good fight with every fiber of his soul. Good bye and God bless, Brother Andrew. You are loved and mourned and ever remembered.”

So, all the wacko righties at the Detroit / Mackinac MView line up to praise this guy no surprise there, but canonization is going way too far. What an idiot.

If you’re familiar with John Paul II’s papacy, you know that the canonization bar has been lowered all the way to ground level. Even a snake like Breitbart could clear it.
